Take a short walk from Darwin Convention Centre to Wharf One for the ambient welcome reception held in the outside terrace and deck space. The welcome reception is an opportunity to meet up with old friends and make new acquaintances. Drinks and finger food will be served for this cocktail function. If you would like to bring a guest, tickets can be purchased during the registration process.
Symposium dinner

Cost: Included for delegates with a full registration (not included with Day registration or student full registration). Everyone is more than welcome to purchase a ticket, including guest tickets, if they would like to attend.
Ticket cost: $140
Enjoy a delicious three-course meal and beverages as well as light entertainment at the symposium dinner. Pee Wees at the Point is an award-winning venue at a spectacular waterfront location, nestled amongst the environment of the East Point Reserve. Originally the restaurant was built on a site called Pee Wee’s Camp, which was established in 1911 when East Point was developed to protect Port Darwin against naval attacks. The site has been recognised as having significant heritage value and has been listed on the National Estate of the NT Heritage registers.
Coach transfers: There will be two pick up locations to transfer delegates to Pee Wees at the Point. If attending, you will be asked during the registration process to select your preferred pick-up location.
After the dinner, coaches will depart Pee Wees at 10pm and 11pm and return delegates to the original pick-up locations, listed below:
